Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for any reason within 90 days of your order delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 90 days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards or gift certificates
• Digital downloads including PDF or Ebook files

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at admin@thegemsnow.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address. 

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For all returns please use trackable shipping method of your choice and please provide a tracking number so that we can know when it has been shipped back to us and received.  

Processing Time
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 2 business days. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item for another we replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt of the item. To request an exchange, email admin@thegemsnow.com with your order details.

Refunds
Approved returned items are refunded to you within 1-5 business days, and will be credited back to your original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer valid please contact us at admin@thegemsnow.com
